Our Story

Kilbary Farm began with a simple realization—people don’t just taste Himalayan food, they remember it.
As locals of the region, we grew up surrounded by these flavors. Later, through our journey in the tourism sector across the Northern Himalayas, we saw visitors from all over the world fall in love with the same food we had always known.
Their appreciation stayed with us.
We often wondered—what if these flavors didn’t have to remain limited to the mountains?
That thought became our purpose.
In 2025, Kilbary Farm took shape in the serene valleys of Uttarakhand, with a mission to bring authentic Himalayan taste to every home. Every product we create carries the essence of our land, our traditions, and the stories we grew up with.
